Meet Your Broker
Initially licensed in 2007, Carmine Simmons left a career in higher education and embarked on a real estate career. He is a Broker-Associate and partner at KW City Life JC Realty, having spent several years as the Broker of Record. In 2016, Carmine opened Waterfront School of Real Estate.
Carmine joined KW City Life with a small group of visionary agents seeking an alternative to the status quo. The Jersey City office launched in 2016, and has quickly become the brokerage of choice for clients and agents. By 2019, the KW City Life family has grown to more than 500 associates in three locations, with global market reach and resources.
A long-time resident of Jersey City, Carmine has built a referral-based business in the neighborhood he calls home. He and his husband live on Hamilton Park, where they raised their daughter, renovated an old house, and grew to love this city and its neighbors. You will, too.
